Regulatory Reports
Field Lane is committed to being open about the quality of services we offer. The services we provide for adults with a learning disability are regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission. Housing matters are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
If you have a learning disability or you are a family member or carer for someone who does, we want to show you that our services always put people first, are trustworthy and offer peace of mind.
If you are a commissioner of services, we also want to show how we offer high quality, value for money and positive impact for the lives of people.
Below are the latest Care Quality Commission reports for our services. New reports will be published as they become available.
