Next week, on Thursday 3 March, it’s World Book Day. The theme this year is ‘You Are a Reader’. To mark the occasion, Richard is reading us the story of The Flying Bath by Julia Donaldson and David Roberts. The story is a fantastical adventure of bath time toys coming to life and going on a magical adventure!
Reading is favourite past time – an activity our clients enjoy doing together or on their own. As well as taking readers on an adventure, reading stories helps with literacy and comprehension. We want all our clients to develop literacy skills, to feel more confident and more able to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
