At Field Lane we provide personalised support for each individual person in our care. We focus on their own interests and priorities. We don’t make assumptions about what they think or want. Our aim is for the people we support to be more independent and to make their own choices.

We’re also committed to keeping families involved and updated in ways that best suit them and the family member in our care. From the start of their time with Field Lane, we discuss issues, and agree any changes to support or care, together. We’re a team with one goal, to enable the people in all our projects to lead their best lives.
