New year, new floor for Andrew Provan House

Thanks to a generous donation from the Shanly Foundation, Andrew Provan House will soon be able to upgrade its flooring. The house provides a safe haven for vulnerable families, many of whom are homeless. The families living here have experienced many difficulties, including substance misuse and domestic violence.

At Andrew Provan House we offer these families a pleasant and secure place to live, as well as the practical support they need to help regain their self-confidence and get back onto their feet. Each family has a small apartment in the house, with its own front door. Maintaining all the fixtures and fittings is important for ensuring the house is kept in good order. Living in a comfortable home environment makes a huge contribution to our residents’ self-esteem and wellbeing.
