Coronavirus appeal still live as we cope with lockdown number three

Updated: Feb 26, 2021

It’s now been almost 11 months since the first national lockdown. This time at least we can see light at the end of the tunnel, with the Covid vaccine being rolled out across the country. In the meantime, we all have to remain vigilant. For us this means ensuring that we maintain our supplies of PPE.

Our priority is the health and wellbeing of our clients and the teams of staff who care for them. We need to keep everyone safe and the virus at bay. To do this we have to continue to purchase large quantities of PPE and related equipment.

With the peace of mind this brings, we can focus on giving our clients the care and support they need to help them to manage the continuing disruption to their everyday lives. Familiarity and routine are especially important to our clients, who struggle with small, simple changes, let alone the cataclysmic change brought about by lockdown. Knowing that we have plentiful supplies of the right equipment to keep our clients safe, means that we can turn our attention to finding ways to occupy and stimulate them. We need to continue to help them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives, without fear of the Coronavirus.

That is why we still need your help. Please donate and help us to continue to survive this crisis and beyond. To donate online, visit our website.

Alternatively, donate by phone: 020 7748 0303 or email: info@fieldlane.org.uk and ask for our BACs details.

Thank you so much for your support.
