Care inspectors give Field Lane the green light

The Care Quality Commission has given our domiciliary agency in Southend-On-Sea, a project where we care for adults with various types of learning disabilities, the green light. This is the second time in a row the CQC has given us a ‘good’ rating, the previous inspection was in 2016.

We are so proud of our onsite team, who inspectors described as having the skills to deliver high quality care. They found that clients had good relationships with staff and a client’s relative who was interviewed noted that their relative had “got better and better since being here”.

The full inspection was carried out by the CQC in August this year.
