Nursery school to hold fundraising ‘push and pull’ day
Every year Miss Delaney’s Nursery in Notting Hill, holds a sponsored Push and Pull, when the children – aged from 2 to 4 years – ride, push or pull a chosen mode of transport around the garden. This year the event, which will take place at St James’s Church in W11, will raise money for Field Lane, specifically Andrew Provan House, which offers safe accommodation and support for vulnerable families in West London. Field Lane runs for fun
Our Wood Street project staff competed in the “Run Gatwick” 5k this month. Roads were closed in Crawley Town as the runners took to the streets. The team, which includes Wood Street resident, Stuart, normally runs 10k, so 5k was easy! Last year they took part in the Caterham 10k, Croydon 10k and Dunsfold Park Jigsaw 10k.
