Support for vulnerable families
Our support for vulnerable families is a direct development from our experience of working with homeless families since 1985. Based in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the supported housing project at Andrew Provan House provides high quality temporary accommodation to homeless and vulnerable families. Our model of care “putting families first” has enabled us to work closely with families to provide tailor made support plans for individual needs.
The following facilities are offered by the project:

- Six two bedroom flats
(All flats are self contained and fully furnished)
