Investing in People
Through supporting our own staff to succeed we now have 138 staff with an NVQ level 2 or above. This means that 91% of our 152 staff have NVQs.
At Andrew Provan House, more than 50% of staff are now qualified to deliver Parenting Skills training to our Homeless Families. This is on top of the project’s training and workshop programmes.
Specially-designed Life Skills courses for people with learning difficulties have also been undertaken. As a registered training agency, Field Lane’s Training unit offers its mandatory and in-house training for care qualifications to other organisations.
