- The team works closely with social and health workers to ensure the safety of children and their families
- Inclusive programme of activities
- Parenting skills training
Outcomes
- Parents improve their parenting skills
- Family relationships are maintained and developed
- Children are safe and healthy
- Children regain their childhood
- Children achieve and thrive.
- Children's development milestones are achieved
- Our support has been successful in having children removed from the local ‘At Risk’ Register.
Help us do more
While the work with parents is funded by statutory sources, we are reliant on the welcome generosity of independent funding sources to maintain the inclusive support work with the children. Grants from the Capital Radio Help a London Child Fund and The Church Welfare Association are funding a programme of activities to engage with the children using multiple channels of communication and expression. We are also assisted in our work by the Junior League of London volunteers, The Minors Nursery and The Bright Horizons Foundation. However, we are still reliant on donations from individuals, companies and charitable trusts in order to maintain this important support work.
If you would like to donate to this work please see our support us page, click the donate button at the top of this page, or see our Children’s Services appeal on the Big Give website
