Residential care and nursing
Field Lane has care and nursing homes for people with dementia and people with a learning disability in Surrey, Sussex and Southend. Our high standards and innovative methods are renowned among specialists and national bodies such as the Commission for Social Care Inspection
Supported housing
Field Lane prepares families who are homeless and people with a learning disability towards greater independence and life opportunities. First class accommodation and 24-hour expert support are the main features of our flagship schemes Andrew Provan House and Boston Avenue which will be replicated across London and Southend.
Sheltered accommodation
Field Lane provides accommodation to independent older people who want to enjoy a home of their own while receiving all the support they need for their own peace of mind and safety.
Day care
Field Lane offers innovative day care for a better life quality. This service is provided by a team of experienced therapists and is available at the following homes and projects: Dovers, and The Priory. For more details click here.
Respite care
Field Lane offers flexible respite for carers who can take time for themselves knowing that the people they care for are with a trained and professional team that always puts the well-being of their loved ones first. For more details click here.
Training
Field Lane’s training resource centre aims at improving care and support practices in the sector. We provide training modules for:
- Individuals working towards an independent life and preparing to move onto settled accommodation
- Care staff and managers
- Family Support Workers
